Both, the master and the guest bedroom feature 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring beds. The property is a city villa built in 1900, and the apartment has been completely refurbished and renovated.

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

High-speed network with 500 Mbit, Amazon Prime, YouTube Premium, cable TV, cooking facilities, washer-dryer (free washing and drying), very pleasant comfort shower, south balcony with lots of greenery. Even parking is easy to find. Otherwise 3 minutes' walk to railway line 9 (15 min to Kröpke). Nice restaurants nearby or in the famous Linden district (5 minutes by train). Nice surroundings with a small forest also for jogging and walking.

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

Supermarkets (Edeka, Penny) are within walking distance, and a bakery is on the street. The tram is about 5 minutes on foot. The trade fair is about 15 minutes away. Parking is possible in front of the house for free. Swisslife/HDI are about 5 minutes by car, the A2 / A7 / A37 highways are about 10 minutes away.
