A basket of firewood is included. Open kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Living room with sofa bed (140cm) and table/chairs. Bedroom with 2 beds. Toilet and shower. Canoe is available to borrow in summer. Other times in consultation. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels are included. 45 min drive from Stockholm.

Archipelago house on Utö, Rådjursbacken

Rådjursbacken is a complete cottage located in a quiet area in the middle of the island, close to Spränga Brygga. The cottage has two floors. On the lower floor is the living room with TV, fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, toilet with shower and washing machine. Large terrace to the west with a glimpse of the sea. On the terrace there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Cot, high chair available. A limited number of bicycles are available to rent. A jetty is available, but please let us know beforehand if you wish to borrow it.

Idyllic archipelago cottage

Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

Mobile home in Paradisets Nature Reserve

Welcome to Paradise. Wake up to the sounds of birdsong and the wind. On the outskirts of Paradiset Nature Reserve is this gem. Close to town but still in the countryside. The villa trailer is located on a farm where we live. On the farm, there are chickens and horses, among other things. Marked hiking trails in the forest are a few hundred meters from the trailer. If you want to go swimming, it is 1 km to the lake. It is 1 km to the bus stop that takes you to the commuter train in Haninge or Huddinge. By car, it is 20 minutes from Globen.

Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Cosy little cabin of a simpler standard with a lake view – only about 100 metres to a small boat jetty with swimming opportunities in Lake Orlången. The cabin has two outdoor patios and free parking for two cars. About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers an unbeatable calm with birdsong, bathing lakes and nature reserves around the corner. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Construction traffic may occur during the daytime Monday-Friday (07.00-16.00)

Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.
