Lovely flat in Greater London with a balcony

This is a 2-bed flat which I m renting as an entire propertry when I am on holiday as I love travelling, so availability is limited. Please note that, as this is not a professional rental, you will be staying in someone's home. The flat is in a lovely, quiet street, very centrally located in Kingston upon Thames. Within 5 mins walk, there is river Thames and Surbiton train station which gets you to Waterloo London station in 20 mins. Easy access to central London, Heathrow/ Gatwick airports.

Located on a charming street with easy parking, we are within a few minutes walk to Bushy Park with lakes, playgrounds and plenty of deer. Large room for one with private en-suite bathroom

Jenny is a really lovely, friendly host - kind, welcoming, accommodating and very easy to talk to. The room itself is just lovely. It is well equipped with kettle, fridge, microwave and toaster, plates, cutlery and so on - such a bonus! The room is big and the large sash windows make it light and airy but there are also blinds and curtains so the room is very private. The ensuite full bathroom is just super - again, it is well equipped, very clean and exclusively for your use as a guest. Although parking on the road is restricted between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday, Jenny very kindly allowed me to park on her drive which accommodates a fairly large car. There is plenty of space available on the road outside the house overnight. Despite being conveniently close to Kingston, the road is really quiet and I had undisturbed sleep during my stay. Thank you Jenny for a lovely 2 night stay - I will be back!

Charlie and Lee are the very embodiment of what every Air B&B host should aspire to be - they are a warm, kind and welcoming couple who genuinely enjoy hosting people. Staying here felt like visiting family friends - a home away from home, even when you have travelled far. We enjoyed our stay immensely - the location is unbeatable! It is both peaceful and quiet (a short walk away from the beautiful Richmond Park) but at the same time it has easy access to the heart of Central London with a 30 minute direct train line into Waterloo. The room is very comfortable, clean and extremely spacious - excellent value for the price. I can confidently say that this will be one of the very best Air B&B's you will have stayed at, and would recommend it very strongly if you are visiting London.

We were given instructions on how to gain access to the building without a key. Claudia afforded us our privacy throughout the visit but advised she would be on hand if we needed anything, which we didn’t. She was very friendly, welcoming and approachable . We would definitely stay there again as it is in a prime position for Hampton Court. There’s a very good fish and chip shop called Christy’s at a 4 minute drive away where they cooked to order. Also there’s a Co op about 5 minutes walk. Thames Ditton train station was about 20 mins walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's. Very close to Whitton train station and easy to get around. Laura was very helpful and welcoming. We adored the attention we got from her sweet cats as well. Would absolutely recommend to others and would definitely stay again. Thanks Laura!
