Unser Haus bietet mit 200 m2 reichlich Platz für Groß und Klein. Die großen Fensterfronten durchfluten das EG mit natürlichem Licht. Diverse Sitz- und Essmöglichkeiten und eine Couch laden zum Verweilen ein. Zwei Terrassen, Garten und ein Gäste-WC runden das EG ab. Das 1. OG besteht aus zwei großzügigen Schlafzimmern, Büros und einem Bad mit Regendusche. Ein Add-On sind der gemütliche Spitzboden mit weiterer Schlafmöglichkeit. Im Keller befinden sich ein großer Raum für Sport und ein Waschraum.

The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Welcome to the western outskirts of Hamburg! The apartment is located in a quiet street. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a sofa bed. The bright bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower and plenty of space. In the living room, we have realized a sleeping alcove with a 1.40 m wide box spring bed. The couch in the living room is also a sofa bed. The open bright kitchen has plenty of space and storage space. From the kitchen you can access the terrace.

The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen fairgrounds, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

It is designed for 2 people and no pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath.
