A very warm welcome. Maurice and Ingo, open-minded world people who are discreet and reserved, but immediately there for questions and requests. And also a house that leaves nothing to be desired. Actually, I wanted to take a pool vacation, which I also had and enjoyed very much, but the place is more. A house and a landscape that invites you to discover even in winter without a pool, to relax or work from home. If you want, you can immerse yourself in Jules Verne "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" or in the life or stories of Daphne du Maurier. There's a lot to discover. The most diverse literature, the pictures, the record player with..., in general the tasteful, lovingly furnished apartment. First you look fleetingly at a picture - then you see the story behind it e.g. La prune with a bitten macaron ;-) Macron? or the birds... or...

A very cute, small granny apartment with shared garden. Very child-friendly. We felt very comfortable right away. Yvonne greeted us in a very friendly way. There was even a fresh breakfast egg, elderflower jelly and chicken feed for everyone with which we were allowed to feed the in-house chickens. Our son was very pleased with the child-friendly bedding and the available building blocks and books. There was also a toilet seat and potty. We stayed there for one night and could definitely imagine coming back again. There are many great destinations nearby. Everything was very clean, neat and easy to feel good.☺️

Sven‘s place was really great. It made you really feel like a home away from home. It was extremely clean and organized. From about our 20 Airbnb’s we have been to over the last 5 years, it is in the top 3 🤙🏼🫶🏼 We would definitely stay again.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything we needed was there. A crib and high chair for our son were also available. Communication with the landlords was straightforward. We recommend the place.

Astrid's place is a wonderful, cozy jewel. We had two wonderful days there. She was extremely friendly and did everything to make our stay a great experience. I strongly recommend to book it.

It was a fantastic accommodation, no human soul there, whether dog or human we could move freely. Everything was clean and everything you need was there. We felt very comfortable. The hot tub was the absolute highlight:-))) Will definitely be back

This location is beautiful and relaxing. I will miss it as I continue onward with my travels. One thing I would have done different is to purchase a week long pass for the Ferry ride. My travels include using the Ferry daily but that is not the case for everyone. Also schedule additional time for travel using the Ferry because you may not get on the Ferry boat immediately due to the amount of cars waiting. I would anticipate an additional half hour for travel. I loved hearing the birds in the morning and even heard a Cuckoo bird. Fun. I would consider staying there again.

It's a really nice place. The indoor pool has a greenhouse effect and is always very warm. In the mood of Germany, but in such a place, the holiday would be very meaningful.

Definitely a quite and nicer area to stay. The farm restaurant up the road was delicious. Main grocery next door was great. Only issue was the Train station nearest us was down for 3 days maintenence. So we had to either walk 40min from the next closest or hop an Uber. Would absolutely stay here again and beautiful location.

Very nice accommodation and lovingly furnished, you feel right at home! The only thing I have to complain about is the district. This is not very busy right now. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Hamburg by bus, but it was completely fine. For the fact that you have the Öjendorfer See next door, a 5-minute walk away. Happy to come back! Perfect for dogs and humans :)

Thomas is totally likeable and a very nice host. He was flexible with check-in, which was very convenient for us and we felt very comfortable in his cottage. Great location! We will be back, Thomas! 😊

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, no traffic. Comfortable beds, lovely little patio. Johanna and Philipp were very responsive.

It was a fantastic time with Anjee and Marco. The apartment has everything your heart desires. You can easily make excursions from there. It is advantageous if you have a car, but you can also make great excursions with the bicycles that you can borrow in the neighboring village, which can be delivered to your doorstep. The area has plenty of things to offer. The apartment invites you to linger comfortably. We spent hours chatting and playing games on the couch. In the kitchen, we baked cakes and prepared fantastic dishes. We relaxed and rested in the rooms. All this was only possible with the great amenities and attention to detail in Anjee and Marco's house.

Great, family-friendly house with a beautiful garden. We felt very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience, especially for our children (11, 4, 2). It never got boring and if it did, there was a small park with a playground right next door. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation was very cozy and idyllic. There was everything you could ever need. Ina even offered us to stay longer on the day of departure, as there were no direct follow-up guests. Overall highly recommended!

Our stay at this place was really enjoyable. There were six of us, three couples, and everyone was very satisfied with the accommodation, the facilities, the rooms and the surroundings. The style of the furnishings did not immediately appeal to everyone, but it was basically varied. The kitchen, the bedrooms and the two bathrooms were particularly noteworthy. The environment is unique and has inspired us all. In summary, a visit to Kollmar is definitely worthwhile. If you are a large family with up to four children, this house is ideal. The place was really dreamy, very tasteful and incredibly cozy. You can tell immediately how much work has gone into here. It is quite rural, so you depend on car or at least bike to get to the nearest supermarket, for example. However, it is very nicely located in the countryside and Alois and Anja are very attentive and warm hosts.

Unforgettable time in this beautiful house! Not a day went by when we weren't fascinated by the house, garden and nature. Felt immediately at home and welcome. Information and excursion tips summarised in a book were super helpful. The garden is a dream for children (and adults!) - large with a trampoline, swings, sandpit and fireplace. Personal greeting card and fresh flowers in the house pleased us. House fully equipped, on request with bed linen and towels. Surroundings offer many activities: Karl-May-Festspiele, kayaking and bike tours, hiking and relaxing at lakes. We often used binoculars to observe animals. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniela's cottage! The cottage is very clean, cosily furnished and located in a beautiful environment – perfect for relaxing. Communication with Daniela was excellent, she was always available and incredibly friendly and helpful. You can feel that she cares about the well-being of her guests. Very nice, clean apartment in a good location. Everything as described! Hamburg is quick and easy to reach by car and public transport. We used a P+R nearby. We'd love to come back!

We stayed for 2 nights to see a concert at Knust and the house is conveniently located. Great coffee shops and restaurants on walking distance and otherwise public transport is nearby. Really enjoyed being in a residential neighborhood, specially such a cool one. We had clear instructions and it was fun to find this hidden property. The house is very unique and tastefully decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We had a small issue but was solved in a very friendly and professional way. Thank you Carl and Mia!
