Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Our cottage will offer you coziness and tranquility. Outside, there is a lovely terrace with the possibility to use the barbecue or enjoy the silence by lying on the sunbed. There are often squirrels and deer. On the grounds, there is also a campfire, which is very welcome to be used. Inside, the cottage has been modernized in 2020 with both a new bathroom and kitchen. So there's no need to spend time doing the dishes, as there is a dishwasher. There are many board games and cards that you can enjoy while enjoying each other's company.

The cottage contains a bright kitchen/living room with dining area. There is a wood-burning stove (including firewood) and TV with Chromecast. There's fiber broadband and Wi-Fi in the house.

We have just finished renovating the kitchen, dining area and living room in this beautiful house, and we hope that you will love it, as much as we do. The house has several large terraces to soak up the sun no matter the time of the day and the best beach in all of Denmark is only five minutes walk away.

Indenfor findes stor sofa, køkken, moderniseret badeværelse med bruser. En dejlig have der indbyder til sjov og leg, og kun 1000 meter til stranden på de varme dage. Minigolf, vandland og put & take fiskesø ved Lagunen kun 600 meter væk. Legeplads 150 meter fra huset. Sommerhuset er inkl. sengelinned og håndklæder.

Here you will find peace, relaxation and plenty of fresh air. The house is located in the countryside with beautiful nature, which invites you to both walks and quiet moments with a good book. If the family also includes a dog, then there is plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by a large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
