In 2023, the house was updated with a new kitchen and roof, and it is energy-efficient, featuring an air-to-water heat pump. The next project for the house is a new and luxurious bathroom. Located on a large, secluded plot outside the town of Løkken, the house is perfect for those who seek privacy without being too far from town. The holiday home is furnished with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which underwent a complete renovation in the winter of 2025/2026, as well as an additional toilet, ensuring that all guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. The large, bright dining room opens directly onto the terrace, where you can barbecue and enjoy meals outdoors. On cool evenings, light the fireplace or wood stove and relax with family after a day filled with adventures. The house is equipped with a Chromecast for streaming your favorite entertainment, but there are no TV channels. In the large garden with its own pool, there is ample space for hours of play for both children and adults. If the weather is not on your side, the house also features a large hall where various activities can take place. You’ll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday with plenty of space and privacy. The inviting pool, measuring 7.5 x 3.75 meters, is available during the summer months of June, July, and August and provides the perfect setting for relaxation and sunbathing on the loungers by the pool. The garden is the ideal place to enjoy outdoor life in peace and quiet.   Activities and Experiences in the Area The holiday house is just a short drive from the popular coastal town of Løkken, which offers one of the West Coast’s finest beaches, complete with rows of unique white beach huts every summer. The town offers many activities during the summer, and there are several good restaurants and interesting shops worth visiting. Cottage with room for 8 people (+ possibly 2) There is a spa in the house, as well as a pool and sauna in the common house, which is shared with 10 other houses. The pool is 5 x 4 m. There is a wood-burning stove, heat pump/air conditioning, TV package, Chromecast, dishwasher and washing machine, large loft with 2 mattresses and a PS4. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Newer beds There are plenty of board games, books and toys. Outdoors there are swings, slides, garden games, goals and trampoline. There's a gas grill and gas. There is a charger for electric cars by the pool house.

Beautiful pool house close to beach and shopping. The pool is always heated to 30 degrees, which makes it possible to spend many hours in the water without freezing. Outside, you can enjoy the wilderness bath with a glass of wine while watching the children play in the pool or in the garden. It is also possible to relax in the sauna, which is in the pool room. Outside, there is space to play soccer and play. Close by is Hals campsite, where there is a fishing lake and playgrounds. There is also a large jungle gym and swings for the little ones.

There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Bj Milkely is peacefully and quiet on a large secluded nature plot - only a few kilometers to child-friendly beach. Here you can enjoy the holiday with wellness and relaxation in the new outdoor area consisting of a fire pit, sauna barrel, cold water bowl as well as a wilderness bath.
