A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

The property is located in the Aslund forest area on the outskirts of Vester Hassing, where there are shopping opportunities and a 5 minute walk to cozy farm shop and cafe (Fredensfryd). Hou and Hals are only 15 km away, which has North Jutland's most beautiful beaches and 19 km to North Jutland's capital - Aalborg.

Relax in a peaceful guest house only 700 meters from a child-friendly beach. Apart from the house you would have access to our 8000 sq meter garden where there is ample room for ball games and relaxing in the nature. On the property there is a very friendly and cuddly dog and a cat. The dog do not have access to or around the immediate guest house. There is a possibility to charge your electric vehicle across the road. Note: Animals are not allowed and smoking is not permitted.
