Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. The property includes a large landscaped garden, ‘Ola’s Garden’, which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

Kåsebergahamn with restaurants and Ales stones are 2 kilometers away. It is close to Hagestad Nature Reserve with miles of sandy beaches, Daghammarskölds Backåkra and Glimmingehus.

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Here you can rest in seclusion between visits to everything that Österlen has to offer. The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer. You park right outside. Electric car chargers are available at cost. Warm welcome!
