Arcachon, the ocean beaches and the Dune du Pyla are 15 minutes away by car. House clad in wood overlooks the street leading to the port (may be a little noisy) with a private terrace of 12 m2. It consists of a living room of 25 m2 including a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom of 11 m2 with private bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet

Many shops nearby (bakery, butcher, bike rental, tourist office, convenience store...). 10 minutes from Arcachon and 15 minutes from the Dune du Pilat and its ocean beaches and 5 minutes from the parks of Aqualand, La Coccinelle, Kid Parc... Equipped with a 140 sofa bed with a real mattress, a 140 bed on the mezzanine, 2 mountain bikes.
