Cabanon climatisé de 20m² + parking voiture sur la propriété entièrement clôturée, privée et sécurisée. Situé à 10 minutes du lac par la piste cyclable et à 10 min en voiture de La Teste. Multitudes d’activités sont organisés…nous vous donnerons les bons tuyaux ! Un lieu idéal pour ceux qui s'intéressent : lacs, randos forêt, sports aquatiques…il est possible de rejoindre les plages de l’Océan à travers la forêt. Une dépendance adaptée pour 2 pers, mais il est possible d' accueillir un bébé.

A lovely little house, typical of the Bassin area, located at the back of the garden on our property, with its own separate entrance and outdoor parking. It is located 15 minutes from the ocean beaches, 10 minutes from the Dune du Pyla and Arcachon and close to the city center of La Teste. It has a floor area of 32 m² and a terrace. Rated 3 stars It is comfortable and well equipped for a pleasant and peaceful stay. This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Esprit Cabane du Bassin, in private property independent studio with all comforts with its beautiful terrace in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, close to all shops (bakery, Hyper-U, Lidl, Action), oyster ports and its restaurants, the train station and only a few km from the Pyla dune and ocean beaches and close to the Teich Ornithological Park. You can visit the Bassin d'Arcachon by bike, which we provide free of charge, with a bike path passing in front of the property.

In the shade of a mimosa, you will appreciate the authenticity of this cottage located close to the ports of Gujan-Mestras and the shops. This 27 m2 independent 2-room is equipped to the highest standard to allow you to have a comfortable stay (Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, 4 bikes...). Ideal for two people, a sofa bed allows two extra beds. Guests can also enjoy a terrace (with plancha) and an outdoor garden.

If you want tranquility, pleasure and well-being, then welcome to the renovated "Bel Air" Cabin, inspired by the oyster cabins of the Bay, 32 m2 with a 160 x 200 bed and a living room with kitchenette, living room (sofa, TV). The cabin is located within the property. The CLEANING FEE is to be paid upon arrival €20. Breakfast (€9/pers) Spa (€20 1/2h €30/1h for 2 pers) are available. Please book 24 hours in advance. Close to train station, transport and shops.

This family property has an extraordinary view of the Arcachon Basin, its location in a dominant position gives your cabin a sense of exclusivity and well-being. The pine forest on one side, the basin to the rhythm of the tides on the other, here is an ideal setting to recharge your batteries as close as possible to nature. Attention! Please note that there is no kitchen but only a microwave, mini bar and Nespresso machine. Dishes are available for you.

Depending on your preferences, you can enjoy the outdoors to relax, smoke or eat.
