Arcachon, the ocean beaches and the Dune du Pyla are 15 minutes away by car. House clad in wood overlooks the street leading to the port (may be a little noisy) with a private terrace of 12 m2. The decoration was done by me and the apartment has been completely repainted recently. The kitchen has been redone. The studio has a small exterior that is not overlooked. It is not large, 15 m2 downstairs and 7 m2 in the low mezzanine under the ceiling (1.30 m at the highest). Equipped with a 140 sofa bed with a real mattress, a 140 bed on the mezzanine, 2 mountain bikes.
