My house is located in the center of Gujan-Mestras near the town hall, 300 m from the port and 500 m from the train station, all accessible on foot. Arcachon, the ocean beaches and the Dune du Pyla are 15 minutes away by car. Wooden house overlooking the street leading to the port (can be a little noisy) with a private terrace of 12 m2. It is composed of a living room of 25 m2 including a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom of 11 m2 with private bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet
