In the center of Gujan (100 m from Place de la Claire), 10 minutes walk from the oyster ports and the Canal beach, this small house is completely renovated and is perfect for 4 people. The house opens onto a common green space,not fenced, so not suitable for young children. Passing street during the opening hours of the shops but we are in a small area, and the house has double glazing.
