Spacious penthouse close to Sölden and Längenfeld

The penthouse is part of a residential complex in Runhof. 20min walk to Längenfeld or 12min with the bus to Sölden. The bus stop is just 150 meters away. The layout is spacious, with wooden floors, all the way around a balcony and a great south facing terrace. Fantastic views on all sides all year round! The interior is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with spacious 2 pers. beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is a a babybed and a washing machine.

We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire.
