It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Opa Wilhelm".

The oak house with its own large garden is located in the idyllic village of Güldenstein with a wide view over the surrounding fields. There are two double rooms with en-suite shower bath, another double room shares the bathroom with a single room. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and leads into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

Welcome to my apartment in Lütjenbrode, a district of Großenbrode am Fehmarnsund. At the end of a cul-de-sac, the apartment is located on a natural plot in the fields. Here you can simply leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Switching off and recharging your batteries is the motto here. The family's horse breeding tradition is centuries old. Feel free to bring your horse and enjoy lessons up to the highest class - or just enjoy the remarkable East Holstein hills.

The house, newly built with a lot of love and covered with thatch, is located directly by the sea and the active lighthouse of Heiligenhafen. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.
