Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Moin und Herzlich Willkommen in unserer Wohnung in Dänschendorf auf Fehmarn. Kürzlich komplett renoviert lässt dieses Apartment in einem alten Kapitänshaus keine Wünsche offen. Auf 100m² habt ihr Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten. Abends vor dem Kamin, in der Fasssauna im Garten oder auf unserer Terrasse direkt am See könnt ihr nach einem ereignisreichen Tag entspannen. Für perfektes WiFi sorgt Internet über Glasfaser. Come to Heiligenhafen! Why, you ask? In addition to a beautiful beach, a super friendly hostess awaits you here. 2025 is already the 3rd season with holiday guests and I'm really looking forward to my regular guests and you new guests. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

The cozy apartment "Speicher" is located in the upper area of a converted barn. The apartment is lovingly and detailed furnished and nothing should be missing to enjoy relaxing days here. As hosts, we are available if guests need anything. Bread delivery service is available and we are happy to answer any questions. Our wish is to share our beautiful, idyllic farm with guests.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und doch in der Stadt. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zum Ostseestrand oder an den Hafen. Die zentrale Lage erlaubt es, alle Aktivitäten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu tätigen. In der Saison 2026 gibt es einen Stadtbus den alle Gäste kostenlos nutzen können. Die Wohnung ist Allergiker geeignet.
