The "annex" is family friendly decorated in cozy surroundings on a quiet enclosed residential street. There is an attached courtyard with its own barbecue area, private entrance, bath with shower and access to its own well-equipped kitchen. Free wifi, free parking space. Location 3 km from the city and the fjord. Within walking distance (100 metres) are a bus stop, 2 supermarkets, a pizzeria and a bakery.

There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

The old power plant from 1860 is located in the middle of a river surrounded by forest and slopes and beautiful hiking trails. Vejle city center is within walking distance and you will find lots of attractions within a short driving distance. The house is divided into two open floors with terraces over the river from where it is possible to do fishing. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful and from the conservatory you can view the bird life in and around the river all year.
