Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

A warm and cozy space with charming wooden details, ideal for couples, families with children, or up to four friends. The open-plan layout includes a king-sized bed and a sofa that converts into a bed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the city center, airport, and central bus station. A large market (Jumbo), a supermarket, and a bus stop with routes to the center every 20 minutes are all within walking distance.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. Δίπλα από τον οδικό άξονα για τα Ζαγοροχώρια με άμεση πρόσβαση μέσω της περιφερειακής οδού της πόλης στους μεγάλους οδικούς άξονες της Εγνατίας & της Ιόνιας οδού. Περιβάλλεται από καταπράσινο κήπο περίπου 400 τ.μ, με λουλούδια, γκαζόν, bbq & ένα 'ομορφο λαχανόκηπο.
