It is situated across one of the most popular swimming areas or the Athenian coastline, Alimos Beach, as well as minutes away from the Historic centre of Athens and the Acropolis as well as the Piraeus port. The keys will be delivered upon arrival and I will personally explain to you everything you need to know about the apartment. No one will interact or disturb you unless you require assistance. For such purpose I am on call 24 hours a day. A Greek mobile number will be provided to you for immediate communication with me if any matter arises or any assistance is needed. Check out is at 12:00 and check in at 15:00. Late check out or late night arrivals can be arranged upon request. Please respect the apartment and the neighbors. Time for rest and peace according to the law is: April 1 - September 30 : 15.00-17.30 and 23.00-7.30 October 1 - March 31 : 15.30-17.30 and 22.00-7.30. Smoking is allowed only at the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Set in the coastal suburb of Alimos, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach, which offers swimming, sun loungers, beach bars, and restaurants. Alimos Marina, one of the largest yacht marinas in Athens, is steps away. 150 m away from the apartment there is “Davaki” bus stop: • Bus A2 leads in approximately 20 minutes to the Acropolis Parthenon, Acropolis museum, Plaka and the Historic centre of Athens. Moreover in 15 min. you can reach “Sygrou-Fix” metro station • Bus 217 starts from Piraeus and ends at “Dafni” metro station Meters from the apartment is “1st Kalamakiou” bus stop at Poseidonos Avenue: • Bus A1 leads in less than 35 minutes to Piraeus port, where boats depart to all Greek islands. • Bus X96 leads directly to Athens international airport “Eleftherios Venizelos”. • Bus No Α1 & Α2 are driving across the coastline towards Voula where you can find connection to continue your journey across the coastline of Attika. 250m away from the apartment, is located the “Marina Alimou” TRAM stop. TAXI ride to the Acropolis and the Historic Centre takes 10’-15' minutes. At our Welcome Information Kit you will find maps and all transportation details you might need.

After a day of sightseeing, kick back on a chaise sofa in this warm apartment boasting diverse artworks and pops of color. A luxurious and fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment in the amazing neighborhood of Koukaki next to Acropolis. Whole apartment. I am always available for my guests! In the shadow of the Acropolis, Koukaki is defined by its unevenly paved sidewalks lined with bitter orange trees. By night, the warmly lit Filopappou monument and the colorful lights of nearby bars will leave you feeling positively charmed. Transportation From the airport: By metro take direct line 3 (every 30 minutes) - stop Syntagma and change to line 2 for 2 stops (Syngrou Fix) .The fair ticket is 9 Euro per person. Arriving at Syngrou Fix then a 10 minutes’ walk from there either a taxi can be taken with the cost of 3,50 € By taxi the cost is about 40 euros and a taxi can be taken from the taxi rank outside the arrivals hall. An extra amount is charged for the luggages. Koukaki is served by two Athens Metro stations, Akropoli (near the Acropolis) and Syngrou Fix (on Andrea Syngrou Avenue). The whole apartment is yours to luxuriate. Me and my friends are available 24/7. When you need us, it will be our pleasure to help you! The property is located in Syggrou Fix, close to the metro. The area is named after Fix, the first major brewery in Greece. Nearby is the Acropolis and the Temple of Zeus. Take an easy stroll to the numerous nearby cafes, bars, and tavernas. Night life or history around you, everything will be within the grasp of your hand. Plenty of restaurants and small local bars will be there for you to taste our Greek cuisine. Couples/friends The whole Apartment , including equipment. In the summer months we are living and working on Crete. Our guests can reach us easily by phone or internet. Our friends and family stays in Athens and would help if needed. Du wohnst in einem multikulturellen Viertel mit vielen Restaurants, schönen Cafés, Supermärkten und Geschäften. Auch das Archäologische Nationalmuseum und zahlreiche Theater und Kinos liegen in Laufweite. Die U-Bahn-Station ist zu Fuß in drei Minuten erreichbar, sie bringt dich in wenigen Minuten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt: in die Viertel Thissio, Monastiraki und Plaka und zur berühmten Akropolis. Die Taxis fahren die ganze Nacht. our guests will find a leaflet with a lot of informations about Athens and the neigbourhood. Its a non smoker flat.So please respect this and smoke outside on the balcony.
