Holiday rentals with a balcony in Gravedona ed Uniti

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen – modern, sauber und super ausgestattet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden definitiv wieder buchen, wenn wir in Ascona sind!

This place is very cozy and clean. It has all we need for a short stay. It is also in a perfect location, just need a few minutes walk to the station. We arrived way before the check-in time, and the host is very helpful - recommending us some details about where we can store the luggage. Will definitely recommend this.

Wir sind wirklich froh diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Zentral gelegen, tolle Restaurants, Nähe zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wirklich top. Liebe Claudia, vielen Dank auch für deine Tipps, wir haben alles genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Unterkunft und der Ort waren sehr schön. Allerdings muss man mit dem Auto in die Stadt fahren. (5 Minuten) oder man läuft auf der Straße, die allerdings nicht stark befahren ist.

Apartamento cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Muy bien ubicado con buena relación calidad - precio. Carolina siempre dispuesta ante cualquier consulta. Sin dudas recomemos el lugar.

This apartment was really nice in many ways. Great location and view from the balcony, the pizzeria just beside had the best pizza we had in all our vacation in Italy this summer. The apartment was clean and really cozy! If we are going back to lake Como we are for sure renting this again🙏🏽😀

Der Aufenthalt in Antonios Appartement war super schön! Die Wohnung war gemütlich (ganz den Fotos entsprechend) und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir die eigene Terrasse genossen, welche sehr gut ausgestattet ist (Tische, Stühle und Sonnenliegen) und einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Comer See bietet. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio im Voraus und während des Aufenthaltes lief hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir leider während unseres Urlaubs in Gravedona Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten und Antonio und seine ganze Familie uns mit Rat und Tat ganz herzlich zur Seite standen. Die ganze Familie hat sich wahnsinnig lieb um uns gekümmert und uns geholfen. Das war keine Selbstverständlichkeit und wir sind sehr dankbar! Wir können jedem einen Urlaub im schönen Gravedona bei Antonio empfehlen!

Magnifique emplacement si vous aimez le calme. Splendide vue sur le lac, parfait avec la terrasse et petit jardin, aucun vis-à-vis, le village en bas n’est pas envahi par les touristes. On reviendra

Mega schöne Gegend, sehr nette Gastgeberin und alles sehr stressfrei und einfach. Ich kann es jeden weiter empfehlen und würde auch selber gerne wieder hin gehen.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die den Bildern entspricht. Wer Ruhe und Natur um sich herum mag, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Der Blick auf den See ist gigantisch und Casa Il Nibio ist toll ausgestattet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Zeer ruim huis met een prachtig uitzicht! Alles was heel netjes schoongemaakt! Groot terras en parkeerplaats voor drie auto's. Goed contact met de vriendelijke sleutelhouder. Vanuit Gravedona is het een klein kwartiertje bergop rijden via smalle wegen met haarspeldbochten. In de directe omgeving kan je mooie wandelingen maken. Een echte aanrader als vakantieverblijf!

We had a wonderful stay in Verceia and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house is beautifully refurbished with a modern yet cozy feel, and it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely outdoor space. The views from the house are truly stunning—waking up to the mountains and lake each morning was unforgettable. It’s the perfect spot for relaxing, hiking, or exploring the surrounding area. We felt completely at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the house. This was one of the most peaceful and scenic places we’ve stayed, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We spent a week's holiday in como. The accommodation was perfect! The view is outstanding, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The beach is unfortunately a bit further away than we thought (20 min walk). There is a small village shop around the corner, but the rest is easier to reach by car or bike. There is a large car park right in front of the house. The wifi was sometimes a bit slow, but working from home was still possible. Overall a super great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Really great hosts that are so responsive and kind. such a spacious apartment that has easy access to anything. If anything this place is undersold, highly recommend and will use this place anytime we are in Milan.

If you’re looking for a spot that has some good creative design to it, Giuseppe’s Airbnb is the place to stay! We loved everything about it. It’s on a boulevard but it’s really quiet since he’s put in some really good windows. Convenient for the metro as it’s just across the road. Giuseppe was also a really responsive host - we got ourselves in a bit of a pickle when we parked in a spot that had a street market the next day and our car was towed. We reached out to him and he had answers for us immediately. We highly recommend Giuseppe’s Airbnb!

Great place, it was really clean. I was very impressed. Close to tube stations which makes it easy to get into the centre of Milan. Horacio was a good host!

This is my second time staying in this gem and again I had an incredible stay at this lovely Airbnb in Milan! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to public transportation, great restaurants, and within walking distance of some of the city’s main attractions. The host was exceptionally kind and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in. It truly felt like a home away from home.
