Holiday rentals with a balcony in Gravedona ed Uniti

we were looking for a place with a beautiful lake view and nice for our family of 4. Casa Cristina has met all the conditions: clean and spacious accommodation, comfortable beds and a great view of the lake. Very convenient and functional accommodation,we will recommend it!

We had a great stay in Valentina's apartment which is ideally located in the Isola district! I 100% recommend this accommodation, but be careful to anticipate the parking issue if you come by car.

Beautiful accommodation, the photos don't show it enough, but the view is breathtaking! Clean, spacious, very well equipped! 2 terraces and very quiet. A little difficult to find and access with suitcases is on foot by a dirt road covered with grass, but the view and accommodation are well worth it. We were delighted!

The apartment has a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore, even more beautiful, in real life, than in the photos, in a very peaceful place. The apartment was very clean, functional and we were very well looked after. On the floor below, there was a restaurant that was closed on our dates. Highly recommend this sweet sweet spot!

This was the perfect location for a first visit to Milan. Very central, near restaurants and public transit, and very walkable. Washing machine and dishwasher a big plus. Neighborhood not too quiet nor too noisy, felt perfectly safe walking around alone at night. Would stay again!

We had a very pleasant stay with 9 adults and 3 children. The house is beautiful, first-class amenities (children's dishes and cutlery are also available, as well as high chairs, a cot and some toys) and plenty of space and retreat options in the house and garden. The lake and shopping facilities are within walking distance (or by stroller) in 5/10 minutes. Communication on site and with the hostess worked without any problems. A small deduction, as the WLAN in the rooms on the upper floor and in the basement is only weakly available or not available at all. Otherwise highly recommended.

The stay in Antonio's apartment was super nice! The apartment was cozy (just like the photos) and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed our own terrace, which is very well equipped (tables, chairs and sun loungers) and offers a beautiful view of Lake Como. Communication with Antonio in advance and during the stay was excellent. It is particularly worth mentioning that, unfortunately, we had problems with our car during our holiday in Gravedona and Antonio and his whole family were very happy to help us with advice and assistance. The whole family took great care of us and helped us. That was not a matter of course and we are very grateful! We can recommend a holiday in beautiful Gravedona at Antonio's to everyone!

Wonderful location if you like quiet. Splendid lake view, perfect with the terrace and small garden, no vis-à-vis, the village downstairs is not invaded by tourists. We'll be back

Great, clean and modern furnished apartment with everything you need and great view of the lake. The hosts welcomed us very nicely and were always available. You could also use the stand up paddle and canoes of the property. The apartment is located at the north end of the lake and we felt it was not quite as busy as in the more southern villages. Due to the location directly on the street, it is a bit louder, which did not bother us further. The direct access to the lake was always worth it and we would definitely go back.

Very spacious house with great views! Everything was very neatly cleaned! Large terrace and parking for three cars. Good contact with the friendly key holder. From Gravedona, it is a little fifteen minutes uphill via narrow roads with hairpin bends. In the immediate surroundings you can take beautiful walks. Highly recommended as a holiday accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay in Verceia and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house is beautifully refurbished with a modern yet cozy feel, and it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely outdoor space. The views from the house are truly stunning—waking up to the mountains and lake each morning was unforgettable. It’s the perfect spot for relaxing, hiking, or exploring the surrounding area. We felt completely at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the house. This was one of the most peaceful and scenic places we’ve stayed, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We spent a week's holiday in como. The accommodation was perfect! The view is outstanding, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The beach is unfortunately a bit further away than we thought (20 min walk). There is a small village shop around the corner, but the rest is easier to reach by car or bike. There is a large car park right in front of the house. The wifi was sometimes a bit slow, but working from home was still possible. Overall a super great place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Really great hosts that are so responsive and kind. such a spacious apartment that has easy access to anything. If anything this place is undersold, highly recommend and will use this place anytime we are in Milan.

Great place, it was really clean. I was very impressed. Close to tube stations which makes it easy to get into the centre of Milan. Horacio was a good host!

It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit — a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Milan!

It was top location and very comfortable flat
