La Baita sul Lago is located in the ancient mountain village of Trobbio at an altitude of 950 metres, with an incredible view of Lake Como. It is a small chalet with everything you need to spend wonderful days away from the chaos and noise of the city, completely immersed in nature and its rhythms. The lake is a 20-25 minute drive away, as is the supermarket. La Baita can be reached on foot in just 3 minutes from the car park, along an easy, flat dirt path.

At around 650 meters above sea level, hikers and those seeking peace can enjoy the clear mountain air and quiet surroundings, while the lake remains within easy reach, about 15–20 minutes away.

This beautiful apartment is located in Gravedona ed Uniti, on the Northern upper West side of Lake Como, one of the most beautiful places in Italy. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3 floor villa made up of a sleeping/dining area. Starting from January 2023, a tourist tax of 1,50 Euro per day for each guest of the property shall be paid.
