Holiday rentals with a patio in Gravedona ed Uniti

Very cute and comfortable in such a cute location. All the amenities were great.

This home is a gem!! We have rarely had such a beautiful setting both outside and inside! The apartment is clean, functional and the view is splendid!! A true haven of peace! You just have to take into account that the apartment is at the bottom of a pedestrian alley and that going up with luggage is sport! But honestly, it's worth it!

The location is absolutely stunning and Pieter’s place is perfect - very clean with beautiful views of the lake and right next to GHT. The ferry terminal is also very close. There are also a couple of nice restaurants/ coffee shops around. We would love to come back.

The apartment has everything you need. There is enough space for three people. From the apartment, it is only a few metres to the lake and pool. Despite the perfect weather and holiday season, it was very quiet throughout the complex. You can park the car directly in front of the accommodation.

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

This was our first time visiting Lake Como and we could not be happier with our stay at Andrea’s place! The views from the apartment are amazing and the area has lots to do/see. It is about a 20 minute walk down to the Varenna area and there is a night bus that will pick you up from the Varenna train station if you don’t want to hike back up the hill (which is free!). The host was very accommodating for check-in and check-out. He offered to even drive us from the train station and gave us local recommendations for restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking here!!

We loved staying at Alma Lake! It was quiet, clean and peaceful. The view was remarkably stunning and the porch-patio area was so nice to hang out on after a long day on lake Como. The apartment is very modern and the air conditioning in the bedroom was a huge plus. Be aware the walk from town to the apartment is uphill and steep. Overall we thought Elisabetta was kind, helpful and a gracious host.

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view the absolute highlight. The premises are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

The accommodation was incredibly good! The furnishings, in particular, were above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back back.

My siblings and I, + our significant others, traveled to Italy for the first time together for our cousins wedding in Florence. We decided to find a place to relax after the busy wedding festivities and always wanted to visit Lake Como. When I saw this listing I knew it would be the perfect place for us. Oh, how right I was!!! Villa Nella could not have been a more perfect stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking (even from the bathrooms)! We truly felt so at peace and so comfortable in this home. It is so conveniently located to everything, and we had the best time exploring the town of Varenna and all of the beauty it has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors on the front balcony and the side yard! The weather for us was PERFECT. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious. They also had a packet of all of their recommendations for dining out, shopping, sightseeing, etc. that was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back again soon! ❤️

The accommodation was really beautiful and partly really cutely furnished. Communication with the host worked out great. However, you should be aware that the path to the accommodation deviates greatly from a normal road. You drive for about 20 minutes on very challenging roads. Those who love nature will be rewarded with absolute peace and a fantastic environment.

An absolute dream! What a spectacular view, what a beautiful stone house and what great hosts. We loved everything about our stay - the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. It’s a great location to explore Lago di Como and with Maria’s great tips, we were able to make the most of it. The house has great amenities and we felt perfectly comfortable in it - also in the kitchen, in which we prepared dinners to then eat with a view. We already plan to come back some time. Great apartment above Menaggio. The view from the terrace of Lake Como and the mountains is fantastic. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped and is located in a very quiet environment. The centre of Menaggio is within walking distance, and there are good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Georgia Louise responded immediately to queries and was very helpful. This place is highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay. Amazing location for the ferry, walking into town, and also the Sentiero del Viandante hike! The hike could be reached by merely continuing to walk higher up the hill! View from the terrace is wonderful. Finally, the host was super kind. Thank you so much for having us!

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.

Christina’s apartment was in a wonderful location at a key access point into Bergamo’s alta city. It was located in the centre of things whilst also able to be accessed by car with a little walk It was very spacious - you could easily live there👍 and Christina was very generous with facilities / products provided as well as special gifts on top👏🫶 Christina was extremely proactive and responsive in her communications - providing answers to anything we asked - and although not meeting us directly on checkin - which we normally prefer - provided everything we needed to know - including some great local restaurant recommendations Christina’s place (and Bergamo) is in the top 3 of all the places we stayed on our 2 month tour of france and italy and we would love to return to both in the future
