Holiday rentals with a patio in Grabenstätt

Our stay at Markus's was great! For us, the starting point was particularly perfect for our (racing) bike tours and hikes - directly from the front door to the Hochries and Kampenwand. The apartment is wonderfully equipped and a small oasis (the coffee machine makes the start to the day perfect; coffee beans are also available) Thank you :-)

A beautiful, quiet place to unwind! The accommodation was very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped (especially the selection of snacks, toothbrush, additional coffee pods that you can take for money is positive to mention). The rural surroundings are fantastic - ideal for relaxing. The contact was warm and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!

Great apartment, access to the hiking trails and the Predigtstuhlbahn a few minutes away. Bad Reichenhall Kirchberg train station and Bad Reichenhall city centre are also within walking distance (depending on the destination 10-20 minutes). The ascent to the apartment building is quite steep if you arrive without a car, but in principle feasible. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short break, the pool on the ground floor is an absolute highlight.

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt right at home. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what more could you want. The snacks and the delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

We had a nice time at Jules and Alex's. The apartment was very clean, super equipped and very modern - we lacked nothing. The location is beautifully quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the hiking trails are nearby. Check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated. Highly recommended accommodation and would love to come back.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I have ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

We (4 gentlemen) were in Ruhpolding for an extended weekend. The place was an optimal size for us 4. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we hadn't really thought about the width of the sofa bed, so it was a bit tight for 2 of us. Instead of responding to the motto "bad luck", the two of us have helped directly and brought us a solution. Totally super and absolutely not self-evident!! 😍 You could always rely on the fact that you received a prompt response to questions. The communication and organization in general was super relaxed and reliable. All in all a great place with great hosts!

Visiting Bavaria for a family road trip, we had a great time at Anna's place. The accommodation was clean, perfectly equipped and located in a very quiet environment. Ideal for relaxation after a good hike. Would highly recommend!

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace...there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us in a very nice way. We would come back anytime if we were on holiday in the Rosenheim area!

Great apartment located at unbeatable location, strongly recommended for those who seek calm place to recharge and relax

We were looking for accommodation for the weekend and didn't really spend much time in the apartment. Everything was clean and well equipped. There is a coffee machine with beans and a great terrace, overall we liked it very much and we would come again. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

We made a stopover in Bad Füssing on our way through and used the apartment with a total of 5 people. The stay was very pleasant. The apartment was extremely clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped – you immediately feel comfortable. Even though we unfortunately couldn't meet Christian in person (we arrived late), the check-in was completely straightforward. Everything was well prepared. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing. Overall, a very nice accommodation – we can definitely recommend it. We thank you very much and will be happy to come back when we have the chance! We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Wow and wow !! Everything was perfect! I have never enjoyed an apartment or hotel like this in my entire life. It is hard to imagine the level of size, precision, cleanliness, order, abundance and view, technology.. It made the vacation even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything.
