Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. The Leitnerhof is located on a hill above the Surtal in the middle of a rural landscape with meadows, forests and pastures in the beautiful Chiemgau, which invites you to go hiking and cycling. The Chiemsee can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Waginger See in 15 minutes. Salzburg can be seen from the farm and is only 30 km away. The winter sports resorts of Ruhpolding and Inzell can both be reached in 20 minutes and the Steinplatte ski area in 35 minutes.

Bikes can be borrowed for free upon availability. Big, high-quality bed (180x200cm) plus light-blocking shades. Fully supplied kitchen, wifi, washing machine, dish washer, cozy patio furniture, TV including Netflix. The couch can be used as an extra sleeping space.

Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.
