The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Unser liebevolles Haus mit Wohlfühlgarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Idylle mit Blick auf die Kampenwand und lädt ein sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Shops for daily needs can also be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed and single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all necessary utensils... if you need anything and it is not there, just let me know

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
