A 19th Century updated character cottage with many beams and a vaulted ceiling to the main bedroom. Special cleaning is carried out between stays so all surfaces are sanitised. Windows and doors are opened to allow fresh air into the interior. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom accessed off the garden providing two single beds and WC. It is two minutes walk from the thriving village of Hartley Wintney and is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£25 fee payable).

Delightfully Refurbished Semi Detached House

Openness was the key theme to the 2018 refurbishment ; the Kitchen and Dining rooms merged into one with large doors extending this space further onto the patio. Space re arranged upstairs to include a bathroom and three separate bedrooms. Taking the chimney breast out was quite a job but provided room for the corridor and made the new layout work quite well. STAIRS : Please not that this is a Victorian era two up two down house and as such the stairs are quite steep.

Romantic 17th Century Paper Mill on The Meon River

Enchanting converted 17th Century Paper Mill over the River Meon in Warnford, Hampshire. Quirky interior with original Japanese features. Trout anglers will have a ball. There are swans, herons, kingfishers and mallards and, if you're really lucky, you might see an otter. As you can see from the photo, the Mill is just by our cottage, but we're not always there so often you'd have the whole garden to yourself. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
