Beautiful and Cozy Studio

This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs

Located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and private back yard, it will delight guests with an airy and well-appointed kitchen, a cozy TV room, a deep alcove soaking tub and a serene bedroom and sitting room. In the summer our population is approximately 10,000 and during the winter we increase to a population of approximately 40,000. Guest are walking distance from the Gold Canyon golf resort featuring golf fine dining and spa amenities. Gold Canyon is absolutely beautiful. There are Hiking trails and so much to explore.

If you are here for work or just to have fun with the family this is the best place to stay. A comfortable and luxurious oasis that will not disappoint. Centrally located in a family friendly neighborhood, only 20-30 minutes to Roosevelt Lake/Salt River. If you are here for work, this location is only a couple minutes from the local CVRMC hospital and just a 10-15 minute drive to local mines.
