Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. A king bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on property. Not appropriate for kids

I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby - feel free to use! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.

Lovely 1 bedroom, full kitchen, laundry and garage

Discover serene simplicity in this spacious one bedroom. You’ll have your own private entrance and garage. :) You’ll have access to a community club house that offers a gym and a pool. The community has plenty of parks with coffee shops and food nearby. We are also just a short drive from the AZ Athletics Ground (formally known as Bell Bank Park).

Orchard Cottage, Heated Pool and Hot Tub

Beautiful private self contained suite with a large heated pool and hot tub. Very private and far away from other living areas. Great fast internet, AC is new and works great (important in Arizona) and the bathroom shower is amazing. Lots of beautiful sitting spaces, sun or shade, relax at the pool or just hang out and read on the large hammocks.
