Enjoy a fantastic view of the sea from this modern first-row summer house. Here, you will find a sauna, a large hot tub, the opportunity to stargaze from the wilderness bath or enjoy the flames from the bonfire. The house has a lovely kitchen and living room in one. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. The house has a heat pump. There is also a large terrace that provides shelter and sun all day. The children will love the swing and sandbox.

Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Enjoy the outdoor bathtub and sauna (wood) or try out the outdoor Shelter. Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!

Slutrengøring kr. 850,- pr. ophold. Der følger en brændekurv fyld med brænde, medbring evt. selv træ. Der betales for forbrug efter måler, strøm 3,79 kr. pr kwh jeg forbeholder mig retten til at forhøje prisen, vand kr. 79,- pr m3, udlejer aflæser ved tjek in og ud og sender opkrævning af reelt forbrug efter tjek ud.

Kun 12 km. fra Aarhus C ligger vores sommerhus i dejlige Skæring. På den anden side af vejen er en lille skov og stranden og havet 700 m. fra huset. Sommerhuset er meget lyst med skydedøre fra køkken, stue og et værelse ud til den store træterras med pizzaovn, gasgrill og havemøbler. Der er en skøn udespa og trampolin i haven. Der er i alt to værelser i huset med dobbeltsenge (160 cm brede). Hav det sjovt med hele familien i denne stilfulde bolig.

Only a short walk to the cozy fishing harbor and marina and the beautiful sandy beach. In the village and at the harbor there are cozy cafes, restaurants and a fishmonger as well as shops. The street in front of the house is quiet and not very busy.
