It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Here is quiet and peaceful surroundings with forest and half an hour to three coasts as well as beautiful Molsbjerge etc. The prairie wagon contains everything a normal home contains, just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and a wilderness bath (purchased) in addition to an evening by the 🔥fire. Beautiful cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-kept cottage within walking distance to a child-friendly beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is folded out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200, where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a 140x200 bed, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many because of the house's size.

Many excursion options close by - Ree Park Safari (5 km), Skandinavisk Dyrepark (10 km), Djurs Sommerland (24 km), Kattegatcentret (24 km), århus city & Tivoli Friheden (49 km). Non-smoking house, 1 dog allowed.

Nyt privat sommerhus fra 2018 med en skøn udsigt og beliggenhed, som vi lejer ud, hvis I vil passe på det:) Alt er lyst og imødekommende. Huset ligger rigtigt fint på grunden med en fantastisk dejlig udsigt ud over årstidernes gang i Mols Bjerge. Der er et stort køkken/alrum og opholdsrum med brændeovn, badeværelse og tre pæne værelser med køje eller dobbeltsenge. Der er en stor terrasse mod syd og vest rundt om huset.
