Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gernsbach

We stayed here because we visited the Europapark. From there, it is about a 15-minute drive to the park. The accommodation was nice, Lilia and the house cat greeted us when we arrived, the accommodation was clean and we felt comfortable right away. We spent the evenings comfortably on the large balcony and relaxed. The area is very quiet, we liked that.

It's a cute little house in a peaceful part of the city. The house is fine and I particularly liked the cozy upstairs loft. The hostess was very friendly and her husband helped us out when we were in trouble. I would book it again!

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful accommodation. We extended one night right away because we liked it so much. The host is super friendly and explains everything very well. The apartment was very clean and there is everything you need. The accommodation is not far from a S-Bahn station. We look forward to coming back soon.

I was there with my two children, with a sofa bed it worked wonderfully. Very pretty little cottage in the immediate vicinity of Wissembourg, it suited us perfectly.

We had a great stay. Gosia is very friendly. The place looks like the pictures. The sauna can accommodate 3 people. Strasbourg is close by. Curiously, there is a very good pizza at Capfun nearby, if you have to go fast.

The property is highly recommended. Freudenstadt (the nearest town) is easy to reach on foot or by bus. The tourist tax definitely makes it worth using public transport. (Stop directly at the house). Freudenstadt offers great restaurants, a huge market square, some museums and all kinds of shops for strolling. For all nature lovers, you can either start immediately from the accommodation or explore the All Saints Waterfalls by car, for example. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need. There is even a wood-burning stove for the cold days. Sara and Tassilo are very nice hosts and definitely worth one (or more) visits! A very clear recommendation for us :)

My friend and I stayed at Geny et Richard's accommodation for 6 nights in late May. Our hosts were extremely friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. Geny had a lovely bottle of wine to welcome us and stocked our fridge for next day's breakfast (and more!) because of our late arrival. She even walked us to our restaurant on our first evening and gave us a lift to the train station one morning for an early excursion departure. The house was extremely spacious, well equipped, with lots of natural light, and even prettier than in the pictures. The small balcony on the landing and the garden were delightful. The neighbourhood was quiet and private, with good access to busses and only a 15-20 minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. The apartment might pose a challenge to people with limited mobility due to the number of stairs needed to reach both the first and second floors. But overall, a great spot to stay in Strasbourg. Thank you Geny et Richard for making our stay such an enjoyable one!

Our stay with Christine was just great! The apartment with the sunny roof terrace was very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped, so you could cook well. To justify it, there was a delicious cake in the fridge and during our stay there was homemade lemonade. Accommodation and hostess 10/10. We would definitely come back :-)

We had a very nice overnight stay in Julia's house, on our way to Italy. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet place. Inside, it is spotless and equipped with all comforts for the children. We experienced our stay as very pleasant! Thank you!

The accommodation was just like in the photos: modern, clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We were there professionally for a few workshop days and felt completely comfortable. The quiet surroundings and stylish ambience created an inspiring atmosphere in which creative work was wonderfully possible. Saartje is a great host. Very warm, quick to reach and always helpful. All our questions were answered immediately, and a later check-out was also completely uncomplicated after prior arrangement. We were 100% satisfied and can recommend the accommodation without reservation, both for professional stays and for private breaks.

We booked the villa for our annual family reunion with 11 adults this time and we liked it very much and we were fully satisfied. The house is very original, well equipped and we were able to distribute the total of 4 bathrooms well. The pool table was used a lot and we also enjoyed the terrace with the barbecues for several meals. I can highly recommend the house for larger groups!

We were 3 families each with a 2, 5 and 9 year old child. Our dog was there too. We spent our New Year's Eve there. Everything was as described and the place was super clean. If you want to spend a few quiet days and want to cook, you are in perfect hands there. Rarely found such a perfectly equipped kitchen. The dog was able to jump around in the entire large garden, as everything was completely fenced and thus also got his money's worth. We would go back there in a heartbeat! Clear recommendation!

A very quiet and quiet place. A little chilly, but the fireplace and electric heaters make it up. Especially recommended if you want some peace and quiet.

This was a last minute stay for my friends and family. Vadim was instantly responsive and sent us the entry instructions immediately. This place was excellent! The neighbor even gave us a small tour of the house and described how the coffee, child amenities, and Wii worked. One outstanding overnight. Perfect sized place and really quiet. Thanks again!
