Cozy "tiny house" with a view

We offer our tiny cottage, attached to the main house. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens. The cottage is in the south of Speyer in a COMMERCIAL AREA and can be at least 2 nights. Close to the riverside forest and only 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by foot from the cathedral and the city center. Not far away is a bus stop. There's wifi, it's quite, very bad.

A very pleasant cottage with everything you need (but it is recommended to bring your own hand and bath towels). We particularly liked the small backyard, a beautiful place with Mediterranean flair, which invites you to relax and unwind. The area is very quiet at night and the accommodation is easy to reach. Unfortunately, we were only able to check in later in the evening, but Rosi was very accommodating and left us the key. Finally arrived, we were greeted very kindly and also said goodbye at the end. We enjoyed our stay very much! 👍

I enjoyed the stay in Speyer in the beautifully located and super beautifully furnished apartment with living room/kitchen, extra bedroom and extra bathroom and underneath a very very stylish great café and immediately felt at home… everything there from coffee to tea, large refrigerator… large TV… nice dishes etc. Very stylish and lovingly furnished! Very nice and prompt communication! I'll be back!

From the communication to the friendly reception to the accommodation itself, we liked everything. It is pleasantly quiet, you can only hear the cheerful concert of frogs next to the accommodation. Very nice, sparkling clean modern house. Very well equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine like in Italy, a large refrigerator + a great stove. Fine sound system for the whole house and large TV. Spacious rooms with a sunny garden. Fast communication with Sabrina, good tips also for the area. Good sound insulation: we didn't hear anything from our 2 babies and 1 schoolchild, who sometimes cry at night. Would love to come again anytime. We had a very good stay at this Airbnb! The host was responsive and understanding, especially when we had a scheduling issue with check-in. In the end, they found a fair compromise and allowed us to stay as long as possible, which really helped us make the most of our time. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We truly appreciated the flexibility and kindness.
