Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

Small cozy bright attic apartment in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Currently the one in the living room is defective, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house where you can also sit comfortably. If someone wants to lock up or charge a bicycle or motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with power connection.

We offer a barrier-free, cozy 1 room kitchenette apartment centrally located in the Speyer city center/pedestrian zone, in a two-family home. The kitchen is fully equipped for you. The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, as well as underfloor heating. A sofa bed 180 x 200 meters or a 3rd bed are possible. For 4 people or more, we offer a portable air bed 180 × 200 meters - comfortable, but not the quality of a box spring bed! We look forward to seeing you!

Holiday room with bathroom and separate entrance

Take a little break in our lovingly furnished holiday room. The room is located on the basement of our detached house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not accessible) and is locked by our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. In the private bathroom, there are towels and hair dryers.

Moderne Dachgeschoß-Wohnung mit großer Dachterrasse, Nähe Campus Nord ( KIT ) mit Kaffee-Vollautomat, Glas-Dusche und Badewanne & kompletter Küche im 3-Familien-Haus in ruhige Wohnlage, Parkplätze in der Straße vorhanden. Ein mitgebrachtes Fahrrad kann gerne in unserer Garage sicher abgestellt werden. Netflix & Amazon Prime sind im Fernseher freigeschaltet.

A sweet air-conditioned attic studio with kitchenette and feel-good bathroom is available to my guests. Also ideal for business travelers. Everything you need is there, which makes the stay very pleasant. No children are allowed here.
