A lovely little gem surrounded by beautiful greenery and nature. We found it to be very peaceful and relaxing. It is also very well situated close to everything you need, within walking distance from the central station and shops, there is also a bus stop right at the corner. The room itself is comfortable and clean with lovely heating, the kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful shower and amenities all around. The hosts were always responsive snd friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fijn accomodatie met goede buitenruimte. Mooie locatie in de buurt van de stad en in de buurt van natuur.

The Cottage is located in this small village, on a canal, with a beautiful windmill near by. Small but charming, it has everything a couple might need for a romantic and quiet getaway. The village and near by villages are very pretty and worth exploring on a bicycle. I would definitely return one day.

A great location close to beautiful nature and excellent facilities (including traditional pannekoek retaurant and bike rental) on walking distance. The wide view on the meadow with horses is lovely and makes you feel part of nature.

We hebben heel fijne dagen gehad. Het huisje is heel goed verzorgd en fijn. De tuin biedt een weids uitzicht, rust, bloesem in dit seizoen, vogelgeluiden, zicht op de scharrelende kippen en de kievits in het veld. Mooie omgeving om te fietsen. Op een kwartiertje van Deventer waar we een avond hebben gegeten en gewandeld. Marnix en Erie zijn heel relaxede vriendelijke mensen die ons alle ruimte gaven om van hun mooie plek te genieten.

Super schattig huisje! Netjes. Geweldige tuin. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad! Houd er wel rekening mee dat er niet heel veel borden, schoteltjes, schaaltjes zijn, geen probleem, maar handig om te weten ☺️

L'accueil , la disponibilité , l'extrême gentillesse et générosité de Beatrijs et Martin ont été au-delà de nos espérances . Leur logement de qualité est un petit coin de paradis. et dispose de toutes commodités , calme et paisible , nous nous sommes senti très bien. Je tiens à les remercier encore très chaleureusement.

Karin was a lovely host and the cottage is a very charming place. The property is lovely and rural but it is still very easy to get to the city center. Everything was very comfortable and exactly as advertised.

What a fantastic place to have a getaway! After a long day in the cold, we were welcomed with the in-house sauna and bathtub, perfect to unwind. The place was also really spacious for two of us. Bertie is also a friendly host and provides a hearty breakfast in the morning. Would recommend.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Man könnte alles mit dem Rad schnell erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden und uns wurde eine gute Liste an Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Rien à dire, tout est propre et bien pensé. La place de parking est une vraie plus-value. Seul petit problème, un prix un petit peu élevé

Marcel is very kind. We get to enjoy the little yard. From the place, it is easy to access the city by bus, or even by walking for the traditional « wandeling ». My wife and I warmly recommend.

Wat een prachtige plekje midden in Harderwijk. Goed te bereiken, wel vergunningsgebied maar zeer duidelijk instructies van Mandy. Een hele mooie kamer voorzien van alle gemakken en heel schoon. Lekkere attentie bij binnenkomst, zelfs voor mijn dochter nog iets speciaals. Mandy is een zeer vriendelijke host. Ze reageert snel op berichtjes en heeft leuke tips voor uitjes of restaurantjes. Maar is hierin zeker niet opdringerig. Kortom zeer de moeite waard! Wij hebben genoten.

Very nice host, and amsterdam is easy to reach by train. The place was very clean and cozy.

非常好的一次入住体验

Een hele fijne en rustige omgeving. Prachtige natuur en culturele plaatsen allemaal goed te bereiken met de auto of openbaar vervoer. Huisje is heel compleet, super schoon en heerlijk rustig. Wel beetje gek om via de garage met motoren binnen te komen en daar hing wel een benzine lucht, maar in het huisje zelf niets van te merken. Ik kan deze plek zeker aanraden voor mensen die van rust houden en een gezellige maar modern ingerichte accommodatie willen. Groet, Ninka

We had a very good time and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and garden ☺️ We also had everything we needed and were able to borrow bikes to ride to Nijmegen. I would highly recommend staying here for a few days!

Thoroughly enjoyed studying at Ivon's. Lovely surroundings and very comfortable with too many extras to list. Host very friendly and on hand if needed. Would definitely return.
