Boat holiday rentals in Gelderland

What a great, authentic location! Right at the river “Vecht”, close to the railway station. We brought our Swiss colleagues here for a “Dutch experience”. Worked out quite well! The host is friendly and helpful. I’d strongly recommend this location.

Great location. Writing is in a quiet harbor in the new development on the outskirts of Amsterdam. You can easily get to Central train station within 20-25 minutes by S-Bahn train. There are some restaurants and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The boat is a little older and you unfortunately also smell it inside. The bathroom was a bit stained. Our female companion did not feel very comfortable there. Otherwise, the living rooms and kitchen were top.

Leon welcomed us and even made the effort to speak to us in French, she waited for us to show us everything. It's an atypical accommodation, cozy and well thought out, it had everything it needed to have a pleasant time. Thanks again, we'll be back with pleasure.

Can highly recommend staying here. So nice to return to after a busy day sightseeing in Amsterdam. Near bus stop, 10 mins walk away, takes you straight to Amsterdam Central station. Get off at bus stop before station if you do not need metro, we walked everywhere. We used credit card each for bus, swipe on and then swipe as you get off, about 7 euro return. The Johanna is just a joy to be on, comfortable and clean with stunning views. Everything that you need and more is supplied. Sandra and her partner are a joy to deal with, checking in with us to ensure all was ok.

We had a wonderful time, the kids had so much fun living on the boat, playing all day. We spent a lot of time in Weesp, where we had everything we needed accessible by foot. Having the playground 1 min from the boat is a definitive plus when staying there with children. I enjoyed the peaceful evenings, birds watching, and walking around Weesp, which is such a beautiful, peaceful place. Amsterdam is very easily accessible from there, but in the end, we spent a lot of time just enjoying this little town. We will definitely come back !

A place like its owner: warm and welcoming! An exceptional family experience and a thoughtful, adorable and very responsive host. The houseboat is very well located for visiting Muiden on foot and Amsterdam by public transport. We'll be happy to come back and recommend staying there too.

Everything was perfect: the location, the hosts communication, the boat was beautiful, every detail was thought of, peaceful on the deck, walkable to everything, and we really enjoyed Zwolle. One of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in, very thoughtful and special.

Nice host, nice space. Bedrooms are of course small. Beds are good. No dishwasher. We didn't mind but good to know. Beautiful berth.

Super couple of days on beautiful Horizon. Lovely peaceful location. Our timing could have been better. Sunday arrival followed by Liberation Day holiday, we didn't get to experience everything the beautiful little town had to offer. We hope to come back sometime!.. Perfect and highly recommended.

a very pleasant stay on Steven's boat...spending a few days on the Don is a bit of a sailor but it's very pleasant. Weesp is a small town with an absolute charm, ideally located in relation to Amsterdam. Don't hesitate, ask permission to board.

This was quite luxury! 2 older couples travelling together and it was perfect! The host is an amazing human being, the boat is moored with phenomenal views and it is so quiet. We truly couldn’t have asked for anything better. All four of us highly recommend this location.
