So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can step onto a SUP or into a canoe.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Op ons erf vind je dieren, een moestuin en gezellige hoekjes. De omgeving leent zich perfect voor recreatie langs dijken, rivieren en uiterwaarden. Jezelf lekker terugtrekken met bij je caravan of in de hangmat? Dan ben je bij ons ook op het juiste adres. Alles is lekker back to basic, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.

Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking.
