Very clean and large stay, general space maybe a little small in proportion to the bedrooms, which were very large, but otherwise very nice stay. Hot tub and sauna also enjoyed

Very nicely furnished house with a spacious garden where the children could play in. Ideal for a family weekend. There are also lots of fun things to do nearby.

Celebrating a few days of Christmas with the family. House is perfect for a larger group and the pool table and dart board were a success. The living room/kitchen are not very large, but due to the extra Bar space it is completely fine. We had fun days!

A place where you quickly feel at home, nice decor and what is full of nice things for young and old: toys and swing, a trampo and BBQ in the garden, a cinema in the living room, a really mancave;-) in the front room, nice kitchen, great beds. Nice and spacious so you can also go your own way. Very chill. And many fun things nearby: a lake, Zutphen, boat sailing, Castle route, climbing forest/go-kart track, etc. Recommended!

A well appointed, peaceful house. It's in a quiet location, overlooking the water and with a lovely outside sitting space. Sadly we did not use the garden as much as we would like due to us bringing the Scottish weather with us to Maarssen! The hosts responsive and helpful when required. Great location for using as a base for our cycling holiday.

Nice place! We met here with a group of friends from all over the country. Had a very nice evening, celebrated nice party and enjoyed everything. Nanda is a great host: a lot is possible and allowed.

We had a great time at Cecile’s home for our family’s first vacation to the Netherlands. Both the home and the town of Loenen aan de Vecht are beautiful. From the moment of booking to checking out Cecile was responsive, helpful, and friendly. She was also flexible and allowed us an early check in. We were celebrating one of my children’s birthday while visiting & she purchased a cake for us to have ready for our arrival as well as some treats - even had fresh eggs, cheese, and milk waiting for us. The house was clean and well organized with many amenities. The “house manual” provided had useful info about the house as well as great resources and recommendations for the town. We enjoyed biking around the village and visiting the bakery and several restaurants all within walking distance. Getting to and from Amsterdam and surrounding towns was quick and easy- Cecile also gave driver recommendations which was a very helpful resource. Great house/host! Hope to visit again!

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

The house was just great, we had beautiful weather and could use the huge garden, sauna and barbecue. We liked the dining area the most, which was cozy with glass fronts and views of the garden. We can imagine coming back again. Patrick was very responsive and ready for any question.

We had a wonderful holiday cycling, boating and relaxing. The house is in a fantastic location and very private. Rik, the host, provided us with lots of restaurant recommendations and organized the hire of a boat for our two weeks. Communication was easy and excellent and the whole process was without drama. If you have not tried a holiday in the Netherlands (as we hadn’t) and you like fresh water swimming, great restaurants and drinks on a terrace watching the wildlife then this good be the place for you. Caroline is an amazing hostess! She has a customer-centric approach and made everything and beyond to make sure the guests had all they needed. She even purchased a safe after I asked if she had one available, that's how proactive she is! I raised the question in the morning and in the evening I got her message saying she ordered the safe, which was highly appreciated and thoughtful of her! She also made arrangements for dinner in the first night in a lovely restaurant nearby. The family loved the time in her beautiful house! Thank you, Caroline, for your fast communication and flexibility! You are the greatest example of a super host! :)

Great, place to stay at with a large group. Super clean with a great kitchen. Beds are way more comfortable than expected. Overall a great place to stay!

The house was charming, spotless, and very well-kept—a truly cozy and peaceful retreat. The surroundings were tranquil, making it a perfect getaway. We'd absolutely love to return Tom & Henne were friendly and responsive hosts.

wonderful and kind Host

Just outside (20-minute walk, 5 minutes on bike) small town with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops, in designated holiday 'bungalow park'. Free access to swimming pool 2 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful, good size garden with chairs and tables. House was lovely, though we hadn't realised one bedroom could be accessed only through another one. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of fluffy towels! The sun shone all week, and we cycled a lot, beautiful area with good cycle paths/well-designed roads for cycling, always felt safe. I think we will be back!

Laurens is a very likeable host. He answered our questions quickly and very satisfactorily. We felt very comfortable in his house and enjoyed the evening sun on the terrace. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. We had a lot of fun with the game "Jakkolo". The house is a good starting point for excursions to the nearby cities as well as wonderful bike tours through nature, in short - we will be happy to come back.

This accommodation is located in a small holiday park, yet the apartments are very idyllically located with a private garden. An apartment has a jacuzzi that is heated with wood (takes about 3 hours to let in water and get to temperature). But it's always worth it, we spent every night in it. Each apartment has a slightly more comfortable bedroom with a double bed and two quite small (relatively cramped) rooms where in principle only the beds can be accommodated. However, it is completely sufficient for sleeping. The apartment with jacuzzi has 2 bathrooms, one of which only has a toilet. We stayed for breakfast in one of the two apartments with 10 people, which went without problems at the large dining table. 2 grills were also provided. Everything was great, we would come back again. But you definitely need a car, as you can only get on by bus to a limited extent.

we had rented this house with 11 people to celebrate my husband's birthday here with children and grandchildren what a wonderful place, plenty of space in and around the house house the hot tub was also used a lot, once it was heated up well it stayed warm for two days with an occasional block of wood on the fire we had a wonderful weekend here
