Beachfront holiday rental in Gelderland

The property is located in a holiday home complex, which is generally very quiet and ensures relaxation. The house is very efficiently used with 3 bedrooms and is very well equipped. The location is phenomenal! Direct lake access on one side and fantastic nature on the other. There's only one point that could be better. Check-in was only possible between 4pm and 5pm. No traffic jam, etc on the way, because the reception is then also closed. Improvement: It can only be grilled with gas - either every house should have a gas grill or there should be a kind of gathering place where you can book slots for grilling.

Nice place, nice cottage, everything has been thought of. Good communication with Kimmie. It's great that the beds are made. Park is quite cramped, but with a wonderfully spacious backyard.

Hi, we were here for an extended weekend. We were immediately in a positive mood due to the communication with Silke, who was super likeable from the first minute. Super pleasant start with key handover at the reception. There were a lot of people, no matter where, whether at the registration, in the restaurant, on the beach or wherever in the super cute kiosk at the park, speaking German and they were all very sweet. The best thing about all this wonderful house right on the lake. 2 minutes and you can start relaxing and having fun in the water right at the dog beach. In the photos, we first thought the garden was unfortunately not fenced, but NO, the garden is fenced!!! That was ultra cool. Beware, small dogs (like my dachshund lady) find a way to the lake under the terrace. There is a vacancy here, but maybe your people are better educated and are not looking for extinguishers:D The house simply offers a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy life! Will definitely come back ♡

Great tiny house, very quiet location, just a short walk from the water. Two bicycles are available, which are perfect for riding to the train station, from where you can be in Amsterdam Centraal in about 25 minutes. Bart Jan was very friendly and gave me the tip to buy the Amsterdam & Surroundings Ticket (€41.50 for 3 days as much as you want to ride train, bus, tram). I spent very relaxing days there and would come back if I was drawn to Amsterdam again. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment. We enjoyed the time there very much and enjoyed hiking with our four-legged friends. The lake was about 10 minutes away, where both we and the dogs could swim. The garden was fenced and big enough for our dog and us. The hot tub was very comfortable. All appliances work perfectly and there is a great cookbook in the kitchen. I'd be happy to come back

Such a beautiful place with an amazing view. Definitely worth the visit if you are looking for a place to relax between nature! Very nice to be able to sit in a whirlpool under the stars 😍 Jerry was also very friendly and responsive to all our questions and need. Highly recommend!

This was a real special find! The 3 days we spent in Zeewold were amazing. We had a group of 10 friends, and we had a great time at this unique mansion. Everything was ready for us, the house is fantastic, the surroundings are very unique, the place is comfortable, quiet, with lots of home feelings. We were able to cook inside, ride the boat, play in the garden. We were a bit apprehensible because we were organizing this for a large group, with people coming from many countries, and we had never been to Zeewold before. Yet, the hosts helped out with clear information and sending all the details we needed. Not related to the house itself, but the Asian restaurant nearby is amazing (very recommended) and the city is close by for dinner, online orders and shopping. Two things we heard from people in the group: "when we came back next year..." and "this house is already our house, let's reserve it now!" So, looks like we will be back next year! Thank you!

We had spent the most beautiful 3 days with our friends in Holland. The neighbors were very nice. We felt at home. We will definitely be back. In the pictures, the rooms looked large, but this was not the case, but we didn't mind.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Located with a direct view of a side bay a little off the public beach, which leads to a very quiet environment. All the unidirectional features work perfectly, but you have to go on a little discovery for vacuum cleaners and fans 😉 All in all a really great stay in a very very nice place.

The stay was exceptionally successful – the home turned out to be clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location in a quiet area provided full relaxation, and the good access and very nice, hassle-free contact with the host only confirmed the high standard of this place. I'd love to recommend!

Overall, we had a very nice getaway. The place is super nice. We and our daughter especially enjoyed the beach with playground and large bounce pillow.

Steven was absolutely amazing! The boat is lovely and well situated and he went absolutely above and beyond to help us out on our stay - he even brought us out on his tugboat for a test run! Could not recommend enough thank you so much for our stay 😊😊

Small is beautiful! Appartement might be small, but well thought out. I loved being able to sit outside looking at the river. surroundings are quiet and the locals very friendly - same for Bianca who was an excellent host, approachable yet never interfering, helpful and kind, even doing wash for me. Although I had no problems with it myself, I would say the place is not advisable for small children or elderly people due to the quirky staircase to the bedroom.

The house was very beautiful and bigger than shown in the photos. In addition, it was stylishly furnished, cozy and the complex is beautifully landscaped. The contact with Marijn was super fast and straightforward from the booking to the day of departure. You always have to sit in the car to discover something, but the cities of Doesburg and in particular Zutphen give numerous shops, restaurants and beautiful alleys. It is an absolute recommendation overall.

It was a beautiful cottage in a good location nearby to nature reserves. Furthermore, everything you need is available for a good weekend rest. Communication with Patricia went well and quickly. She also had very good tips for food and hiking nearby. I really liked that.
