Lovely 70 m² house overlooking the sea. Perfect for a couple's getaway (or for 4 people, thanks to the sofa bed) Facing the sea and 200 metres from the shops, the house is ideally located. Enjoy the garden or discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches, the coastal walking trail, and the towns of Vannes, Auray, Carnac, La Trinité, and more. And if the weather is chilly, make use of the wood-burning stove. I will be happy to welcome you, show you around and share some good local addresses.

Exceptional location. Beach, shore fishing 100 m from the house. Quiet and relaxation assured! Garden 300 m2 and terrace 40 m2 sea view. In a cul-de-sac, bus stop 200 m, close to shops 700 m, Port Louis 2 km, you can take the batobus to get to Lorient (15 min) or Gâvres (10 min). Ground floor living room, 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 140) shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140, 1 bed of 90 and 1 baby bed), mezzanine with sofa, shower room, separate toilet.

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Les plages de Port Louis se trouvent à 4 kms et le stationnement est facile et gratuit toute l’année. Commerces, restaurants à proximité ( pizzeria, boulangerie et supermarché bio à 750 m).
