Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Located on the left bank of Lorient, you are on the road to the beaches, Erdeven, Carnac, Quiberon and boarding for: The islands of Morbihan. Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat, Île-aux-Moines, Groix, etc.

A town located by the sea, Port-Louis will seduce you with its beaches, ramparts, ports, restaurants, markets... Our rental is 50 m from the beach and shops. You will have a terrace with lounge and barbecue. On the ground floor is the kitchen area, dining area, lounge and bathroom. The 1st floor is furnished with 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140, 1 bed of 90 and 2 bunk beds of 90) and a toilet. On the 2nd floor is a very large bedroom (160 bed) with a terrace overlooking the sea.

Discover the authentic charm of a small outhouse attached to our family home, a former shipowner's house. It is independent and ideally located in the heart of the village with its beams, wooden staircase and vintage charm. Jardin Blanc – because that's its name – is enclosed by a wall made of old stones, with direct access to the garden that we share (each on our side), a private terrace, an outdoor shower, and a cabin overlooking the old walnut tree.

Welcome to the Gâvres peninsula! Open your windows to a dream setting and recharge in a preserved environment with direct beach access via a staircase from the house's terrace. The Petite Mer de Gâvres and its coastal areas are 1 km from the rental. Landscapes that change with the tides. The beaches of Port Louis are 4 km away, and parking is easy and free all year round. Shops and restaurants nearby (pizzeria, bakery and organic supermarket 750 m away).
