Dans un rayon de 500m vous trouverez quelques commerces essentiels, des arrêts de bateaux-bus et bus pour Port Louis, Lorient (correspondance Ile de Groix et Gâvres), des départs de randonnées dont GR34, des aires de jeux. Plages à 3.5kms près de la citadelle et des remparts de Port Louis.

Petite maison duplex entièrement rénovée avec goût, au calme. Elle se situe à 10 minutes de la mer en voiture, à 10 minutes de Lorient et à 3 minutes de la base de Lann Bihoué (attention route de Guidel non adaptée aux piétons). Elle est à proximité des grands axes. Elle est parfaite pour 1 à 2 personnes mais peut accueillir au maximum jusqu'à 3 adultes grâce au petit canapé convertible dans le salon. La chambre est en mezzanine à l'étage. La cuisine est équipée. Logement équipé de WiFi.

Cette maison de vacances de famille qui possède deux chambres et une grande pièce ouverte sur une mezzanine est un petit cocon où il fait bon se retrouver le soir même si elle ne possède pas de jardin. Elle se trouve à proximité de nombreuses plages et sentiers pédestres, des alignements de Carnac et des écoles de surf. Un bain de douceur bretonne ! .

"Cap à l'Ouest" Ambiance marine, lumineuse et iodée pour cette grange rénovée située dans une cour privée et partagée entourée de longères bretonnes. Petite plage à 50 m. La terrasse se situe dans la cour. Pas de jardin mais un bel espace avec la plage tout à côté. Nous habitons sur place et nous sommes disponibles si besoin.
