Very nice little nest, very well equipped, with many walks on the Ria. Sylvie's welcome was very warm and friendly, I highly recommend it!

We love it soooo much that we already booked it again! Best place to travel with your dogs, they can run in the garden and go for long walks in the dunes! Solenn has been super friendly and helpful! Definitely a place to recommend!

Beautiful house. Renovated to a high standard, fresh, modern and clean. Loved the courtyard which was a real suntrap. The lounge area was relaxing as the large skylight streamed in sunlight - and if it got too sunny there was a clever electric blind. Loved the top bedroom with the amazing views. Had everything you needed for a holiday. Locals friendly, extremely quiet area. The little bar next door was fun (not noisy) and the restaurant the other side was worth a visit. A skip and a hop to the waterfront, and check out the times of the little boat to Etel. Lots of little places to swim. Perfect location to see the surrounding areas. Plenty of parking - we always got a place right outside (we had a bigger car so didn’t park it inside). Morgane was so helpful and available, even popped round and put the tv on as we couldn’t work it out!

As a couple, we benefited from the accommodation during a stay in Brittany. The accommodation is stylishly decorated and its location allows you to reach the key points of the region. We followed Gaëlle's advice and were not disappointed by the restaurant mentioned in her guide. The coast is quickly reached 15-20 min for surfing on different spots. I would highly recommend this listing.

We had a great stay at Guidel beach. The accommodation is very functional and the instructions left by Solène are very clear. The parking space is nice as well as the bike room. There are many bike paths nearby. The accommodation is very well located, just across the beach.

Very nice house, well located close to the beautiful Ria d'Etel. Expect an additional cost for energy expenses when renting the house with pool (€120 for 3 days). Perhaps a drop in the temperature in the pool room should be studied, especially when it is not used (night, etc.) Thank you for these 3 days of discovery of this sector of Morbihan.

this is the second time we have gone to Leila's. this time I rented for my elderly parents with walking difficulties... they were delighted with the breathtaking view, the accommodation was very clean and very charming, frankly I recommend it 2000%. Leila is always very responsive when contacted and always with kindness and benevolence. We have done a lot of accommodation on Airbnb and Leila's is one of our favourites if not our favourite. We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is individually and very nicely furnished, the view through the large windows over the dune landscape to the sea made every TV superfluous. A quiet, cozy oasis. In Erdeven, you can find the most delicious galettes. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. We were very happy to exchange ideas with her and Yuki, her people-oriented dog. We'll be back!

Excellent location, the beach and restaurants are at the foot of the residence. The apartment is located on the other side, quiet guaranteed in the evening and at night. The interior is in accordance with the description of the listing, simple, equipped with the essentials, and the bedding is comfortable.

Lovely home overlooking the sea, very peaceful and with all amenities you would need for a longer stay. Coastal path outside the front gate leads you along to brasseries, cafe and restaurant within five minutes walk. The house is very spacious and bright and would suit a family, although there were only two of us. Justine was always very responsive to any questions we had, but given everything was excellent we didn't have that many! We were offered an early check-in which was much appreciated. Location is good if you have a car with supermarkets a five minute drive in Tregunc, and Concarneau an easy twenty minute drive away. Entry to the house is very simple via a key left in a lockbox. We'd recommend this property and would stay here again if we revist the area.
