"Cap à l'Ouest" Ambiance marine, lumineuse et iodée pour cette grange rénovée située dans une cour privée et partagée entourée de longères bretonnes. Petite plage à 50 m. La terrasse se situe dans la cour. Pas de jardin mais un bel espace avec la plage tout à côté. Nous habitons sur place et nous sommes disponibles si besoin.

It is located by the sea 100 meters from the Grande Plage, 300 meters from the Petite Mer de Gâvres, and 600 meters from the Port de Plaisance. It's a quiet, clean, bright and functional place. Our house has two bedrooms upstairs (one with a 180*200 bed and the other with two 90*200 beds, convertible to 180*200). On the ground floor, a living/dining room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay (sheets, towels, bathrobes etc...)

Outstanding spot. Sight on the islands of Le Golfe du Morbihan (Southern Brittany) direct access to the sea, 1 minute to the beach. Two double bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Equipped kitchen. Five minutes to the village center with its shops and markets. The landlords live in the adjacent house.
