Approximately 300 meters from Lake Gyllebosjön with swimming and fishing opportunities. The trail Sjöstigen takes you through the nature reserve around Österlen's largest lake. With a ten-minute car or train ride from Simrishamn is the village of Gärsnäs, where this fantastic house of 120 sqm with a large patio is rented out for the 3rd year. The residence is about a 1-minute walk from the train station, which has good connections to Simrishamn but also to Ystad and further to Copenhagen. In Gärsnäs, there is a café, grocery store and gas station. It is possible to purchase a departure cleaning and this is booked before arrival, if you want to clean yourself, this should be done carefully before departure.

Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day
