Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

With 10 minutes car or train ride from Simrishamn is the village of Gärsnäs where this fantastic house of 120 sqm with large patio is rented out for 3 years. The residence is about 1 minute walk from the train station which is well connected to Simrishamn but also to Ystad and on to Copenhagen. In Gärsnäs there is a cafe, grocery store and gas station. It is possible to buy for departure cleaning and this you book before arrival, if you want to clean yourself, this should be done carefully before departure.

Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Stay in a small, cozy, family-run horse farm with a view of the horse pastures during your visit to Österlen. We rent out per night and weekly. 3 beds (possibility of extra bed),kitchen for self-catering (stove, fridge, freezer compartment), sofa corner (sofa bed for two), TV, free WiFi, toilet with shower, patio. The surroundings are filled with sights and excursion destinations. 1 mile to Simrishamn. 5 minutes by car to Gärsnäs. There is a bus and train to Malmö/Lund/Ystad.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
