The Pool House at Mill Cottage offers a unique riverside escape with exclusive access to a private pool (Mar 1st - Oct 1st 2025 & Apr 1st - Oct 1st 2026). Nestled on the Thames, enjoy easy access to riverside cafes and restaurants by foot or boat. The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Just minutes from Goring on Thames village and the train station, it also boasts a BBQ and outdoor seating area for relaxing evenings.

Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. Whether you are staying for business or time off, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to visit locally. Convenient location for Bucks Railway centre, Waddesdon, Bicester and within 30min of Silverstone and MK Bowl.

Four Star rated first floor apartment in its own self-contained block with heated outdoor swimming pool in an area of outstanding natural beauty. While secluded and peaceful, it’s within easy level walking distance of Henley-on-Thames and its famous stretch of river. The property is ideal for couples or up to 3 guests. In the summer our wonderful HEATED swimming pool is available to our guests. It is not always possible to have private access as it is used by our grandchildren but please ask.
