The shops on Ludwigstraße can be reached within a short walk. You can reach the bakery or discount shop in 2 minutes by bike.

The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
