We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Our apartments are individually and modernly furnished in alpine style and - in addition to a wonderful view - have every comfort.

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

The open attic apartment with 50 m2 (fully equipped) is centrally located, close to the spa park, the congress centre, the pedestrian zone and not far from the train station. Hikes can be started from here. Shopping, bakery, etc. within 3-5 minutes' walk. The ceiling height is partially lowered. Tall people are restricted!! Wifi included. Free parking on the street. The center of Garmisch, as well as the center of Partenkirchen, can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
