This large and stylishly modernized country house villa is perfect for families and friends with plenty of space to eat, relax and sleep. It is located within walking distance of the beach, has a 100 square meter dining/living area with heated wooden floor and fireplace, a library / study and a sauna. From the 3 terraces and from the house there are all around mountain views and with southwest orientation a lot of sun. No very quiet location, as close to the main road (soundproof windows available)

The spacious apartment is diagonally opposite the Zillertalbahn train station, which is very convenient for traveling by train and to use the free shuttle bus. With the code, we immediately got to the lovingly furnished apartment. Since there are three bedrooms, you can stay with several people or children. We also cooked there, it has everything you need. The communication with Ms. Hill was very kind. We would book the apartment again because you can easily walk to the river and into the small village but also quickly in Mayrhofen on the gondola. We had 4 wonderful days there

A complete house in a small neighborhood, very tidy and clean, with 2 toilets and 2 showers, 40 minutes from Innsbruck, and an hour and a half from Salzburg, with easy access. The ground floor has a bedroom with a shower, and the first floor has 3 rooms. There is a small terrace outside. Thank you, everything

We had a great stay at this house . The accommodation is very clean , a harbor of peace in the middle of the mountain. The person who welcomed us was very kind and she responded to any questions we had. We recommend this place to enjoy a holiday in Tyrol . The village of Fügen is very beautiful and has all the necessary shops.

Everything was great so far. If you like it quietly on the mountain, this is the place to be. There is nothing within walking distance, it takes about 15 minutes by car to Zell. A ski taxi can be ordered free of charge from the landlord on request. Beautiful house, lots of space and everything clean, only the internet is a bit slow.

Very nice place in a quiet area, even more beautiful than in the photos. Susan de belvilla is very friendly and very responsive, excellent contact also with Andrea the owner. I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

We had a super nice time, in a fantastically beautiful house. The sauna is sufficient for 3 people, which was enough for us. Communication with the host was friendly, nice and above all quick. Parking went smoothly right in front of the entrance. And the Spar (supermarket) is 3 minutes on foot.
