The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with large garden for guests. It is 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

It is a small, simple, but very cozy apartment. The bedroom is shared with the living room, but you have a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains from the terrace. The lovingly furnished apartment will give you an unforgettable stay! In my case, every guest cleans the apartment themselves at the end of the holiday and leaves it nice and clean, thank you! Unfortunately, there is no grocery store in San Nazzaro, but there is one in Gerra

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished Bellavista vacation home is located on a beautiful hillside overlooking Lake Maggiore. Located at the end of an 80-step staircase (see pictures - fitness program included :-)), you have an unobstructed view of nature, the lake and Ascona from every room, pool and garden seating area. The house is rented to a maximum of 4 adults and up to 3 children. Pool season from May - September.
