The 80 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with an open living room. From the balcony you have direct views of the lake. (There is an additional charge of CHF 200 per stay at the end for cleaning.)

Casa Lucertola is located in the quiet, traffic-free village center of San Nazzaro. The house is located just a 3-minute walk from the lake. A free SUP is available to guests. The Italian border can be reached in 10 minutes and the boat dock for excursions to Ascona or Locarno is 500 m away. The different outdoor spaces such as pergola, covered terrace or sun terrace allow relaxation for every taste.
